SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA): 3–7 BUSINESS DAYS
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 2–3 WEEKS

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Please note, we cannot change the delivery address once an order is confirmed. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment.

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email. While we strive to meet delivery timelines, LacquerLuxury is not liable for courier delays or customs clearance holdups.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 4 PM IST or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTY FEES

All international buyers are responsible for any applicable customs or import duties upon arrival. These fees are not included in your purchase and cannot be estimated by LacquerLuxury.


CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes within India. Due to high volumes of unclaimed orders, strict enforcement of the following applies:

  • COD orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp or phone within 12 hours.

  • Failure to confirm may lead to automatic cancellation.

  • Refusal to accept a COD order without a valid reason will result in a permanent ban on future COD purchases.

  • Repeated COD refusals will also be reported to our shipping partners and blacklisted across platforms.

  • We reserve the right to disable COD for users who abuse the option.

Please choose COD only if you are 100% sure of your order and available to receive it.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or style preferences once shipped. Please double-check all product details and sizing before placing your order.


DAMAGES OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@lacquerluxury.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for return due to damage:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging, with the full tool kit included.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

  • All returns must be pre-approved by our support team before being shipped back.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.
